Testimonials

On 10/26/2026 Katie H. had this to say:
Tommy was our tow truck guy and he was absolutely amazing, quick, and nice! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow.

On 8/29/2026 Amy Stedman had this to say:
5Stars! Had to be picked up in Costco parking lot...of course I was pulled in, so it took some maneuvering to get it out of the parking spot. I think from time I called to time I saw the truck pull into lot was approximately 15-20 minutes - way better than the 3hrs I waited last year for another company for another issue. Logan worked his butt off while also being respectful of other customers waiting to get out (while my 2024 Traverse kept throwing the parking brake on, I might add!) Very courteous from the minute I called until I was dropped off at the dealership! Thank you!

On 7/13/2026 Ben had this to say:
Reliable and fast response. Took great care removing my classic car from the roadway after it lost power during a Monday morning rush hour. Testimonial written by Ben on this site.

On 6/26/2026 Ezzy Ozella had this to say:
These guys were able to tow my car after I hit a deer. I was in the middle of nowhere in Glasford and was very appreciative of their quick response.

On 4/7/2026 normansfamily had this to say:
MrTowIts did a great job! Ramzi was incredible! I can't say enough good things about the tow truck driver, Ramzi, during my mother-in-law's time of need, he showed incredible patience, kindness and professionalism. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier because he treated her with respect, compassion and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and reassured, taking the time to explain things clearly and never rushing her. It's rare to see someone in this line of work who truly puts people first, and that compassion did not go unnoticed by our family. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable help - especially during a difficult moment.Thank you for making a tough day so much better.
